Sometimes we can feel really good about ourselves and the world around us – when this is the case, we can usually feel pretty awesome, invincible, flawless and fabulous. These good feelings can also have a positive impact on the people around us.
Perhaps most important to note is that THERE REMAINS a difference between substance use and addiction. This applies to all populations, including gay men!
Bisexuality exists! Some men and women are attracted to people regardless of gender. Bisexuality can and does exist everywhere – problem is, some feel that cannot talk about it or identify because there are many myths and misconceptions about bisexuality…for example
Transphobia has been described as an “irrational fear of, aversion to, or discrimination against people whose gendered identities, appearances, or behaviours deviate from societal norms”.
It's all the negative attitudes that can lead to rejection and to direct or indirect discrimination towards gay men, lesbians, and bisexual, transsexual or transgender people or toward anyone whose physical appearance or behaviour does not fit masculine or feminine stereotypes.
